Executive Coaching for Leaders

I provide coaching and facilitation to individuals and teams. I work with people at all levels— whether founder/CEO, emerging leader, or independent.

Many of my clients come to coaching for support in creating something they’re proud of, dealing with conflict, finding inner and outer alignment, navigating transitions, or figuring out the hard things that come with leading people and organizations.

I am not interested in quick fixes. I am interested in creating the conditions for transformational change. I am not interested in telling clients what I think they should do. I am profoundly interested in deep listening, good questions, and helping them discover what works for them.

Chrystal Bell, ACC, Executive Coach & Facilitator

“To accompany someone is to go somewhere with him or her [them], to break bread together, to be present on a journey with a beginning and an end. . . . There's an element of mystery, of openness, in accompaniment: I'll go with you and support you on your journey wherever it leads. I'll keep you company and share your fate for a while. And by ‘a while,’ I don't mean a little while. Accompaniment is much more often about sticking with a task until it's deemed completed by the person or people being accompanied, rather than by the accompagnateur.”
